Default Best options to buy used rear end GMC (differential)

I picked up a 94 sierra 2wd 1500 yesterday, but it needs the rear end rebuilt/replaced. Having no luck locally, but I am hoping to source a complete rear end for it, 10 bolt style. Does Calgary have any place that buys and sells things like this? Wrecking yards haven't been much help, mostly 4x4 rear ends.

    TIA

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

Got a call into a wrecker who may have one. In the meantime I ordered a rebuild kit for the current one in it, it’s a 10 bolt. I want a spare now to build up for my new motor going in.

I’ll post one up tomorrow. You’ve no doubt seen it. It’s a regular cab long box green and silver, has a 4” drop on 20” Ridlers. Was an ok deal at $3k, but I rushed it lol. No rust but has some hail on the hood and paint chips and flaking. Came with a bunch of new in box parts like a roll pan, smoothed front bumber and new front clip. Not gonna use them but should get a few bucks for them.

Yeah I've seen it. After I posted that I thought that must be the truck, and I checked Kijiji and the ad was gone. It looked like a pretty decent truck from the street. I thought about asking the guy about buying just the wheels and tires, but thinking about it was as far as that went.

If you post up the bumper and roll pan let me know. I don't know if they're things I need, but my bumpers are pretty ugly right now. What motor are you putting in it?

I posted them on Kijiji, I have a Super-Bee front bumper smoothed w/LP holes, Street Scene SS Gen6 rear bumper, complete GMC front surround and a Billet Grill. If you want any let me know, wont be anywhere near what I have them listed for.

    Everything is new in boxes
