Where to get 3rd party key fob and programming done? (Audi)

Looking to get a back up key fob for my 2008 Audi S4. Dealer wanted $450 ($300 for key fob, $150 for programming). I've found a few random sites that sell the key fob for $60 but never done this before so curious if those can still be programmed by the dealer. Dealer told me they're not sure.

Have you called Tune Dub? Not sure if they can do it, but if they can't they probably know who can.

Ah that's a good idea, not sure why I didn't think of that. Called them and they said only Audi can program their own keys. I called another locksmith to confirm and they said the same.

Guess I'm stuck with dealer for this one...

FWIW I got a proximity key for my lexus on ebay from a dealer in new york. It was ~$100, dealer here wanted somewhere around $3-400 iirc. OEM product still new in packaging. Then just take to a local dealer to have them program it (they'll still charge you 1hr for that unless you have a hook up).
