Default Purolator pickup location at Fas Gas???

I got a purolator "we missed you" slip yesterday and normally i go to the warehouse on aero drive, but this one says to pick it up at the fas gas in Ogden? anybody experienced this? seems like an odd place for pickup, it is more convenient for me, but really strange.

It's not the size that matters, it's the taste it leaves in your mouth.

I had one in a sketchy dollar store once. I don't know how they choose the weird local places vs the main location. I've had both.

Yeah I've had a few. Puralator and I think Canpar both use random little places sometimes. I hate driving to the airport pickup so it works for me

The one in airdrie is in a random ranch store. They sell feed and is a pickup for Purolator. From how I figure it, they 'rent' their store out as a pickup spot and get paid for it. So I think anyone could do it.

Sounds similar to the UPS Access Point Network https://www.ups.com/ca/en/services/e...k/recruit.page

Picked up a package at a Yarn Store last time I had a package. I don't think you make lots of money on it, but rather have people come to your location so I could see it driving traffic to your location.

yeah this one just seems odd because its a tiny gas station, dont think they'd have much room for stuff.

Ya basically what others have said. UPS did it first with the access points and I've had CANPAR do the same as well. It's kinda convenient.

They don't really have secure storage at most of these small places though, I wonder if they have any problems with theft from customers of the store.

CanPar had a delivery to the weirdest hard to find Strip Mall location. They didn't even give the Unit # that I had to call the location to ask how in the world to find it as it was on the 2nd floor with a bunch of little shops

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

UPS is the same. One was a sewing shop, another mechanic, sometimes a pharmacy...weird but package is fine every time.
