Back to Bobs point, we never even weighed ours as teenagers. It was always just buy a big bad and eat a few, see what happens. The consistency was always pretty much the same on the island though, no matter where we bought it. Old school BC hippies new their shit (literally)

I've said before that I have gotten 14 or 28g dried with previous purchases of tea or capsules. Greatly prefer capsules and tea, but sometimes grind the dried into my coffee.

It's what I have used previously and I have been happy with quality and value. I haven't compared with other options.
