Long shot: Looking for parking in Montgomery

Hi Peeps,

Wife is starting her nursing practicum next week at 4500 16th Ave NW and is looking for parking nearby. Anyone by any chance live very close to here and has a spot they want to rent out to her for 10 weeks. There is free parking within 5-6 min walk, and a surface lot across the street that I can't seem to find any info on. We went out there this weekend to look around and realized that whole area is a cluster fuck. She needs something close as part of her job is to go house visits for sick elderly and they have to be in and out multiple times a day. We are still waiting to hear back from her preceptor to see if they have some suggestions on parking, or if underground parking at the facility can be used by my wife, but figure time is running out and want to make sure we have some decent options. I know it's a long shot, but never know where some beyond ballers live.

23rd ave and 45st at the bottom of that off lease dog park has street parking. You can just walk up the hill and cross Shag

There is a park and ride lot on Home Road that is free for unlimited duration.
