Brake pad job turned into also rotor job. Irritating, but fine. Finished late yesterday for dinner and went to put the stock wheels on today (with the winter tires). Nearly set vehicle on fire when wheels went on with only about 1/4" of threads from the studs showing.
Measured the rotors like 17 times awkwardly-as-shit to compare. Felt pretty comfortable the new ones are 1-15/16"... Just like the old ones. Went to fit (the world's heaviest) stock wheels back on, again, and inspected lug nuts.
Fucking. Lexus. And they're stupid. Fucking weird lug nuts. That penetrate into. The wheel!!!
Today I'm thankful for that job not going so 180° on me! I'm baffled that I didn't remember having those nuts in my face every Fall, but whatever.
That was nice. Lexus is nice. I'm sometimes stupid and that's nice, too.

My nice dial gauge inflator gun is rhe perfect tool for letting air out of tires when you want to lower the pressure, like when you park your trailer for the year.
