    Default F1 - Tacos and Enchiladas - 2019

    Meh he Ko....

The feast of Tacos and Enchiladas have arrived.

F1 has arrived in the Americas and its a buffet of racing to be had.

What was Verstappen thinking..? Keep yo mouth shut...

Its going to be a fantastic battle for Williams, Haas and Racing Point.

So two Ferrarie's at the front... will they see the light like Rama and Sita did and celebrate Diwali today... Or will they hit THE WALL...?

Everyone says Verstappen should’ve kept his mouth shut. Doesn’t matter if he talked or not. Telemetry showed he went flat out and timing shows purple micro sector. He would’ve been penalized regardless.

When it happened, first thing I said in chat was “ Max gonna yet penalized for that “

Everyone else backed off. Hamilton didn’t need to back off as he was right behind Bottas and there were 0 yellow flags being waved, but he did anyways because it was a dangerous situation. He was on pace for 2nd on the grid which would’ve promoted him to first with the Verstappen penalty. He lost 0.4s from the micro sector preceding the accident to the finish line.

This shit is taken seriously and always penalized since Jules accident.

Never thought Lewis had any chance in Mexico. Even harder to imagine this is his first win since summer break.

Crazy roll of the dice strategy by Mercedes. Did not expect the outcome at all. Did not have a clue what they were doing strategy wise.

Mexico always does celebrations right. Vettel and Bottas had to be annoyed as fuck watching Hamilton...."Still I rise".

Did not see Mercedes being on the podium this weekend, but 1st and 3rd is insane.

I will be in Austin this weekend for the F1. First time going ever. Anything I should be specifically doing/looking out for? Must do's for the race day or must haves? I purchased the 3 day pass but will only be attending on the race day.

They were able to do a more risky strat since they had nothing to lose. And it paid off.

Another race where the front running cars could not even remotely follow eachother into any overtaking positions. They really have to do something about the aero

It’s a combination of aero and tires. Fresh tires, you can sacrifice a bit of life and follow way closer to make a move. Verstappen was doing this at the start. Once your tires are worn, you’re nursing them to avoid the cliff as they’ll grain and burn to the ground. You can try and be aggressive and follow close but it’ll just ruin your race and points haul.
