    Sentiment is: Traitors!

I mean, the timing is obviously to try and get a little sympathy from a Liberal minority. But I don't think they are going to get much political sympathy (dollars) from the USA. The US has its own political theatre going on right now.

I wonder how the space of The Bow will work if the company wants to be open space. The closed office layout can be repurposed i think?
The majority of the Bow was completed with demountable walls, which are installed on top of the standard flooring and as such can be uninstalled with very little work. (Electric pigtails stored in the ceiling tiles)

The floors of the bow are built on raised flooring with all the utilities running in the floor.

What would be happening today if Bombardier said they were moving their headquarters to the USA?

It would be a national travesty and even MORE taxpayers dollars would be thrown at them to try and keep them here.

I was lead to believe data was in the floor and power was in the ceiling. I could be mistaken though.

They wouldn't, because they get millions if not billions of dollars of government handouts to simply exist in Quebec, regardless of business viability.
