Haha same here. Had to get lunch today because I'm out of leftovers/frozen meals and got a subway for $5.66 or $1.50 in 2019 dollars.

I refuse to get subway, if I don't get van express, I will support fresh choices

tried Toro Bravo and really good quality tacos, even my 2 coworkers when they saw the tacos were tempted to go try it next.

didn't notice their special was al pastor so I ended up getting 2 birria and prawn.
birria is really rich and comes with dipping broth too. the prawn was over cooked though.
will try their chicken and al pastor next when I feel like blowing out my food allowance.

Was surprised since nubbins weren't placed on the tiles. How will blind people know where the walls are.

Friends with Benedicts at F.A.P. building

Patties were tasteless, fries crazy dry. Couldn’t even give the fries away to the wanderers/homeless hanging around, she considered it for a second then put head back down on table. Had to throw em out.

I like the burger/fries enough to get it like once a week

Maybe a little salty and greasy but very filling. Not like strips but fried smol pieces of chicken.

My latest go-to for something quick is the SAIT tastemarket - so far haven't been disappointed in anything. Portions are always way more than I can eat. Tomato soup today was 10/10
