Well, always do your due diligence and don't take anything they say at face value, just like any used vehicle purchase. Probably worth a third party inspection if the vehicle is costing more than 10k.

My brother ran far away about 7 years ago when looking at a few cars there, typical from out east/rusted up/auction bought with hidden shit galore. But maybe you'll find a good one...
