Cafe sua da is the plain viet coffee with condensed milk.

Looks very easy to do, I might try and make it at home over the weekend. TBH I can see this being good as after all a lot of dessert is made with egg yolk and condensed milk.

Pho Dau Bo will make it on request on weekdays

Slightly unrelated topic but Pho Dau Bo and probably a lot of other viet restaurant in Calgary uses Cafe Du Monde coffee, I tried french pressing or use the small coffee drip and drink it black and it was gross at first (chicory root) but you get used to it later on.
It is an acquired taste.

Tried making it today and it wasn't my thing. I'll just add condensed milk to my cappuccino.

I also tried making it yesterday but I don't think I did it correctly as the yolk and condensed milk wasn't frothy enough. I manually whisked it though and either it wasn't enough or I'll try using a hand mixer next.
