    Default Antivirus reccomendations 2019?

I feel like this comes up pretty often in other discussions. Whatcha all like for anti-virus software? Lightweight is good, free is good.

Windows Defender and use something like Firefox and uBlock

    Rest is all education.

No AV will protect you from people who visit sketchy sites or open bad emails.

    I kindof agree.

I used to be a big fan of avast but that shit is so bloated and intrusive itís worse than the viruses these days.

    That or OS X.

Education is key, 20+ years of multiple computers in our home and only one infection and that was of my MIL's doing.

I would just run a manual check once in a while - I use ESET online scanner, or MB free. I have found the days of bug cleanup has gone down significantly.

https://www.eset.com/ca/home/online-scanner/ (dont install anything, just check the boxes for a one time scan)
