Catholic School District took a bigger hit than CBE % wise and sorted it out. Anyone know how the other school boards in Alberta are handling cuts?

Edit I Marth’d. Catholic school cut of 11m is a smaller percentage than CBE. Equivalent % would be 14.9m cut based on % of budget compared to CBE’s 32m.

So why is the Calgary Catholic system getting hit with less cuts than the CBE? Is there some sort of bell curve logic being applied to individual school board budget cuts?

I assume they serve less students given CBE's budget is almost double of Catholics.

The CBE cut was larger dollar and percentage wise. I originally Marth’d. Still raises questions when 80% of the CBE cut is from front line teachers.
