No, obviously not. Certainty wasn't a CBC 'reporter' who made the cut. It was a general statement about the CBC. Having the CBC cut out a 5 second clip of trump is the least of the problems with the CBC.
Do you remember the CBC coverage of The US election night? It was very biased.
Even more so than ours, which was also hilariously biased. The CBC had a huffpo 'reporter', Althia Raj, be part of the cbc election panel. She openly discussed discussed being a liberal door knocker during the coverage. Trudeau's new debates commission even made her a host of the debate. She also had dinner with Butts the week before the debate.

CBC says they did the edits in 2014.
Welll nothing to see here I guess
We just watched Home Alone 2 last night.
Trump cameo was great haha.
Wow.... tell me again who's the one being triggered? I honestly can't tell....
Literally cut for more capitalism and the MAGACANADIANS are somehow convinced it’s turning us into a bunch of communists. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Edit: CBC said it was cut in 2014, not 2015.

Outrage over nothing lol. Almost like the fake war on Christmas that never even happened. Just another thing to unite Trumpers against those damn leftist socialists
This is hilarious, the real snowflakes came out in full force.
But an edit to allow more commercials is what's getting the snowflakes' jimmies all rustled. Good move by the CBC to get people up in arms over the least of their problems rather than something with a bit more meat, no? That's some Trump-esque 5D chess playing misdirection. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
CBC also had Kory Teneycke be part of their election panel (sitting right next to Raj). So what? It's an election results show, they have all sorts of affiliated people speak on it from staffers to strategists to candidates to MPs and so on. Would the coverage have been better without biased people like Raj and Teneycke on it? Would it even have been less biased without them on it (similarly, how would it be less biased without Raj but keeping somebody like Teneycke)? The whole thing is just trying to put on more insiders and 'experts' than the other network to get you to tune in. Apparently it worked on you if you're watching so much CBC.Do you remember the CBC coverage of The US election night? It was very biased.

As for Raj being a moderator on the debates, what did that have to do with the CBC? The Debates Commission wasn't run by the CBC, and she wasn't there as a member of the CBC.
As an aside, I'd fully support increasing the CBC funding so they don't need to show so many commercials, allowing us to see the unbiased reporting of Kevin McAllister's escapades in New York going forward.
Someone like Bob Rae makes sense in my mind to have as a commentator. You know his credentials and his background, so you know where he is coming from. On that panel there was so many liberals they had to include a couple conservatives to stop it from turning into a complete circle jerk.
Back to 'reporters' they used to pride themselves on being impartial, at least in their reporting. It's seems to me that Raj being included in the debate is part of the same problem as the general bias at the CBC. If you don't think the CBC is biased towards liberals nothing I say could convince you otherwise.

So you're whining about too many liberals (who were all the liberals, out of curiosity?) but think Bob fucking Rae would be a worthwhile addition? Unreal. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Back to Raj and the debates, she wasn't at the debates as a member of the CBC, she was Huffpo's representative and picked by a panel that had nothing to do with the CBC. What does CBC have to do with it?
So Buster was the biggest TDS snowflake in the thread? Do we still hate the CBC because we latched onto confirmation biased spin fake conservative snowflake news?

CBC, as a news organization, is a complete trainwreck.
With the Donald cut out, there should be more time now for Canadian content right?
...Also tune into CBC next week for "The Usual suspects" sans Kevin Spacey.
Trump is super effective.
