    Shoulda bought a Trackhawk.

    You state the obvious.

Although seeing that Ram stuck in the snow in limp mode is making me reconsider my not-so-realistic plan to buy a TRX.

so youre saying to - leave it in 4HI instead, in conditions like these? /sarcasm
Seriously, this is logically thinking. But on Dodge 1500s specifically the 4 Lock is nearly the exact same thing as 4 Auto. Neither send power to the front axle until the rear is already spinning. 4 Lock is a setting for warm and fuzzy soccer mom feelings with no actual performance benefit.

Really had to zoom in on that thing to see that was a Ram, I assumed it was a Ford.

AT4X will be a solid alternative, I’m even considering a blower for mine for shits and giggles.

Fortunately for you, they don't use the shit-tastic BW 44-44 transfer case. Neither does the current Rebel model. Just the high end trim mall crawling trucks use them.

But then you will be replaceing IWE hubs regularly like my other F-150 truck at home. Just can't win, maybe buy a Chevy?

The silly guy that lives across from me spent 2hr snow blowing his sidewalk and a few neighbours (great gesture), but per usual he proceeded to blow all the snow from his front lawn, as well as the four street spots in front of his house out to the middle of the road. I mean I guess the road spots kinda make sense (even though he only has two cars), but Who the fuck clears their entire lawn? He’s done it for the 5 years we’ve lived here but it’s never bothered me more than today. Watching him clear a bunch of snow that doesn’t need to be cleared while I was breaking my back for 2 hrs really ground my gears.

Maybe part of that belongs in the peeves that shouldn’t be peeves thread. Moral of the story is I’m buying a snowblower soon.

That's one of the most unusual flexes I've ever heard of.

Did Canada Post deliver any mail today? Two of my packages are very late and didn't see their truck come by at all.

Up here in Montreux it seems most of the street just put all their snow into the street and so our road is just one narrow track. Sure it’s easy to just shovel it on the street but it sucks for anyone that wants to drive out of here.

Probably because I’m calling my leaf blower a snow blower.
Lol! I imagine that would be ineffective today...

Went out and did a service call in Airdrie, roads were in bad shape. The highway warning sign said jack knifed semis between Airdrie and Carstairs. A lot of vehicle off the road everywhere.

Saw UPS as he was briefly stuck on my street.

Lawn guy: Sucks if he had something go on his grass and killed it. But he wouldn't know until spring.

Canada Post came to my street. Heard Purolator shut down half way through the day because of too many stuck trucks.

    Cons: plowed onto my sidewalk
