Storm just passed by here in the SW. Got dark, lots of water and hail (the odd piece was large marble sized). Only lasted about 15 min.

Definitely the first real piece of nasty weather we've gotten here so far.

First time I've been concerned for my truck during a hailstorm...I mean this proximity to Aspen should afford me the benefits of cloud seeding. Had marble sized hail, with a few quarter sized bits thrown in for good measure.

Does anyone have a link to weather radar that is actually accurate? The few I have googled show the storm being A) only rain and B) moving North, however it is clearly hailing and moving South/Southeast.

accuweather and weathernetwork are straight garbage. have seen lots of storms that dont even show on their 'radar' when its apparent the city is getting F'd. WMI is where it's at

At time of posting it was North/Northeast movement but looking at the history it did dip south a bit exiting Calgary area.
