There is some $12 early bird rates for impark lots over that way... check their site. They have all the lots listed. No idea on availability though

I use to park at the Indigo @ Continental Towers off 9 Ave SW. Good thing is that its covered and no need to brush snow off. Its also secured however do not rely on that. I found it convenient as I traveled from the NW so its right off of 14th street. Cant remember the daily early bird rate.

Found some $10 early bird lots along 9th Avenue, don't think I'll find cheaper than that.

Well, I was made aware of some $5 daily parking by the Sunalta LRT station (thanx for the info) but while installing cabinets yesterday I paid attention to some on-street parking I could seem from the suite I was in and lo and behold, $6.50 a day maximum only a block and a half further. Cheaper than the $10 lots and just as close and better than the $14 lot I was using.

Even cheaper parking kitty corner from where I'm working for $100 a month, surface lot.
