    Lol poll should be differentiated

"Yes I know how. I am East Asian"
"Yes I know how. I am other"
"No I don't know how. I am East Asian"
"No I don't know how. I am other"

Also white boy checking in, it's pretty easy. Took me like 5-10 minutes fumbling the first time and then it made sense. How tf do you go for sushi and not eat with chopsticks?

You stab it with a fork the best you can, dunk it in a bath of soy sauce and wasabi mixture. The whole thing will likely disintegrate anyway. Then you scoop out the bits or just eat it like risotto. Hmm, salt!

We used to eat at Japanese Village a lot when I was younger. The staff would always give me the elastic/rolled paper to learn. So I can use chopsticks (without elastics, oh boy!), probably some bastardized white way but it works most times!

Apparently it's acceptable (sometimes recommended) to eat sushi with your hands.

White guy checking in, I can eat sushi with chop sticks and probaly only drop it once a meal. Viet Bun or Pho I eat with chopsticks. Chinese in a restaurant I use the sticks, at home I use a fork.

Also glad Tony is listening to my chirps. Makes me feel loved.

That's cause most places offer the fork before you have a chance to ask

Yep, since I was 4. I'll go for chopsticks over a fork and knife if both are sitting there for me

White boy checking in... never really tried to use the ol sticks until late teens, and now i can get by eating pretty much anything that would require them. From Ramen to Verm to sushi. My technique is probably not the best, but it works. I struggle most with large rolls as i find the balance between squeezing hard enough to lift it without dismembering the roll can be tricky.

I didn't realize that it was a special skill or something.
