Is this the same bike that was posted to the Stolen Bikes Calgary FB page?

If you have the sn# make sure it is posted on bikeindex.org

no one who owns a $5000 bike is going to sell it as a 'peddle bike'. 100 bucks says its stolen (and prob the one)

    says posted yesterday

go for a test ride, take it home haha

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

So just as a heads up if it is the bike if you contact CPS they will try to set up a "sting" to recover it for you. It has been successful in the past so I would suggest getting the SN on bikeindex and then contact CPS to try and recover for you, or set up a meet with a mob and get it back yourself, not that I recommend that haha.

It’s my bike posted and the CPS are working it. The name of the poster is an escort known to police but it’s probably changed hands 10x by now. Have had friends inquire about a test ride and so far no responses. Fingers crossed.

I hope you get it back, but I now know 3 people who have located their stolen goods, proved it was theirs with matching serial number/receipts, etc., have a name, phone number and address of the thief, and CPS has done nothing each time. In the saddest of the 3 cases, one person even bought back their stolen item from the thief because it was cheaper than a new one and CPS refused to do anything even when they set up a meeting with the criminal. If there is a way for you to safely get it back yourself, you'll probably have much better luck taking that route. Test ride is a good idea haha.

I would love to vigilante crush some crack head but the issue is that it won’t be the guy who stole the bike. I’m pissed because I bought it Jan 2nd, and the tires haven’t even seen a road.

That's super shitty, and a violating feeling I am sure as well. I really hope you get it back - sounds like you have a lead which is good.

If you don't get it back, as a plan B your credit/debit card may have purchase theft protection.

Test ride and don't bring it back. What are they going to do call the cops?

    +1 on CPS being useless

If I could get a test ride it would be in the back of my truck. If any of you can I’ll happily go to the meeting and get it back.

She also has some Versace sunglasses up, that still has the faded price tags on them...."brand new never worn"
