So last night at TKD in sparring I felt a pop and went down hard. I have a doctors appointment and some imaging booked this afternoon. Curious if there is anything I can do in the meantime while I wait for the appointment to not have it hurt so much. I have a tensor bandage wrapped around it, using a hiking stick, and have a couple ibuprofen in me. Straight lateral movement doesn't hurt but any twisting at all almost makes me fall over and hurts like an SOB. Guy at work said it sounded similar to when he blew his ACL, so hope not.
