Have 1 week vacation leftover to use in February, where are some places that are not too cold that are worth checking out? Will be coming back from Middle East and have Feb 23 - March 1, so anywhere in between ?

Disney World / Florida is dirt cheap and pretty nice in Feb/March.
San Diego, Cabo, Peurto Vallarta.

Phoenix. Lots to do down there.
New Orleans - Mardi Gras is on Feb 25.
Didn't do our yearly Christmas/New Years trip as we were in the middle of moving so booked a cruise for the last week of Feb. Going from Galveston, Texas, to Cozumel, Cayman Islands and Jamaica then back.

Hawaii.
We usually go over Christmas, moved it to Feb 10-20 this year.
Hawaii is obviously amazing pretty much any time of year, but one week is not nearly enough time in my opinion. One reason for this is most flights arrive at night and leave at night, so you pretty well lose 2 full days and 5 days is way too short for Hawaii as flights/accommodation are not super cheap. 10 days like you do in February is perfect. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. This is why flying south is better. Small time change, shorter flights. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

My bad, missed the 1 week thing. Agreed that's a long trip to make for a week.
What's the best way to book a package to Disney World? Looking to go for a week around Sept or sometime in the fall. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I heard you need 4-5 days just for the parks. Might get a car to tour around as well.
South America (Colombia, Brazil, etc.). I know you said no Mexico - but what about Mexico city? Totally different experience.
4-5 days at Disney World is bare bare minimum, and you'll want another day for Universal too. Strongly recommend getting a car, makes it hassle free and more efficient to get between parks at Disney, and also easy to go out of the park for cheaper/better meals in the evenings. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member.
