Localized places are. I posted this a while back, El Paso, TX is basically at capacity. Only 16 out of 400 ICU beds available at the moment. 70% of ICU beds in use are from covid patients.

They already warn of the maintenance and that the next report is Tuesday from last address on Thursday.

There are so numbers like that Hospital outbreak in Edmonton announced on Sunday but there is no point for Hindshaw to be in front of camera with there is no data.
