Was at the doctor with my daughter, and the doctor referred to one medication as "the big gun" and my daughter gave her shit for talking about weapons. I giggled, these kids are pretty well trained by the schools to watch thier language.

I get the cute parenting moment but I am disgusted that kids are being conditioned to think weapons are bad. Too many times I have to explain to my kid why subtle little bullshit things about his "education" are wrong. Granted a lot of that is because he is in the Catholic system (thanks mom) so there's constant need to make sure he doesn't get sucked into religious fear but still......
