...well, for a month at least. That is about the time it will take for cases will spike up and red tape to be cut before we are forced to lock down again to reduce wave 2

It’s not actually against a health order therefore not legally enforceable.

Public health orders that can be legally enforced with fines include, but are not limited to, 14-day mandatory self-isolation for international travellers who return to Canada, 10-day mandatory isolation for people with COVID-19 symptoms and restrictions around gatherings of more than 15 people.

Any recommendations made beyond these are essentially yellow speed signs.
