I'm willing to admit that outlandish claims can sometimes be true as time moves forward. More transmissable than measles though means that the entirety of China will have it in less than a month. Calgary had measles back in 1981? and damn it moved crazy fast.

There was no indication from the original strain or anything up until this summer that it would ever become this transmissable.

Notable is high fever with this mutation, which was almost non-existant for the OG strains (or mild fever)

When China says that it is endemic, is the day that we can all move forward. Tell people to stay home, and they all flood the streets. Tell people they can roam freely and they all stay home. I blame the US government telling Chinese citizens to do the exact opposite of what they are told.



Return to the moon mission was a great idea, right up until Putin turned off the taps. Timing is everything, being a few years late is often a really bad thing. If NASA had put a man around the moon three years ago, Putin might have passed on invading Ukraine.

The Gallium Nitride chips will be useful for 2% more solar power conversion efficiency, along with maybe 30% more with use of Quantum dot passive glass coatings (which is still not agiven to be approved due to the quantum dots being lead based) There isn't as much as a timeline of "waited too long, no longer useful" on chip factories.

It took the combustion engine 30 years to become about 2% more energy efficient (still only about 21% efficient, 79% heat loss)
