Damn right you do. That’s why the government has decided they don’t need your input. You’re too stressed to care how they’re screwing you and your family over. You’ll blindly agree to whatever they decide because you’re obviously too helpless to vote for anyone else.

And that’s what makes you a hard working Albertan. Don’t dare to change that.

    https://www.bostonglobe.com/2020/04/...e-coronavirus/

Nearly one third of 200 Chelsea residents who gave a drop of blood to researchers on the street this week tested positive for antibodies linked to COVID-19, a startling indication of how widespread infections have been in the densely populated city.

Sixty-four residents who had a finger pricked in Bellingham Square on Tuesday and Wednesday had antibodies that the immune system makes to fight off the coronavirus, according to Massachusetts General Hospital physicians who ran the pilot study.

The 200 participants generally appeared healthy, but about half told the doctors they had had at least one symptom of COVID-19 in the past four weeks.

Lol, pretty much. If the NDP had passed a bill like that, this site would have exploded with anger. But UCP? What bill? Im sure its fine.

Retrofitting a Roomba with a UV lamp at the bottom right now. Also adding in a mercury switch torn out of a heating element (tipover switch) As soon as someone tries to tip it over - instantly cuts power to UV bulb (safety)

Gonna have squeaky clean floors, but will probably degrade the surface pretty quick too. You do not want to over watt these, especially a UV C bulb, an absolutely tiny wattage will do. If you are sensitive to ozone, don't even think about UV cleaning. Experimental.

This is an interesting study. Vo is an Italian town that eradicated the virus by controlling access and testing everyone earlier on in the outbreak. 43% found to be asymptomatic.

    https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1....17.20053157v1

Notably, 43.2% (95% CI 32.2-54.7%) of the confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infections detected across the two surveys were asymptomatic.

Im sure the NS cops were expecting a quiet covid sunday morning - instead active shooter on the loose. I hear he's a denturist from dartmouth, with a hobby for rebuilding old cop cars.. ?

Lots of FB rumors though, about starting fires, deaths, active shooting in different locations, swapping vehicles. etc.

If you are going to have five different cameras on a phone, might as well get a FLIR too. Probably will become a more popular and common imager as time goes on.

To be fair, white men have been going on shooting rampages way before all this started... they literally looked at all the ISIS attacks and said... hold my beer.

Seasons retirement community in high river now on outbreak status.

Oh the fun... So why are nurses still doing 0.4 fte's at 3 different facilities/units?

I think working at multiple sites was banned about 1-2 weeks ago, so that should be much less of an issue, now.
No mention of Corona Virus in that statement so it's possible they are on outbreak for influenza. Unlikely, but possible.

Curious how that's working... As I see 2 neighbours I know are nurses still leaving the house daily in different sets of scrub/uniforms... With shortages/sick/isolation protocols, how is that possibly being implemented?
