Surprised I haven't seen any homemade air compressors with a regulator on them yet with an n95 filter on the intake.
This is the level of insanity India is at now.

Oxygen shortages are horrible. My cousin's brother in law just died in Lebanon with COVID due to oxygen shortages. To make matters worse, his mother died of a heart attack after the family told her he passed. Double funeral

Okay, so you go to the temple for a few hours then drive away and die?

I have no doubt things are crazy there. And crazy situations result in crazy actions by sane people.

    Still, crazy. Good luck India.

    Need concentrated O2, not 20.9%.

Pretty much. Or find another place giving out free oxygen. If you’re lucky, you’ll find enough to keep you alive long enough to recover.

Crazy is an understatement. I’m almost in tears every morning talking with our teams. The amount of family deaths in April is just insane, and these are people that can afford black market prices to keep their loved ones alive a little longer.

Sure but... If patient is so weak that breathing becomes laboured, even a higher flow of regular atmosphere can help. Its not ideal, but desperate times.

Makes me all the more frustrated with the selfish people here who don't want to distance, don't want to wear masks, and just argue for their rights. They are ignorant of how good they have it and really don't care about anyone else.

. Oxygen is being hoarded and sold at 20x normal prices right now, so the poor is pretty much fucked.

India has over a billion people, their 200,000 dead is like Canada at 8000, we are well past that. I'm shocked that an overpopulated third-world country with human waste running down the streets isn't prone to disease and illness. Shocked. It was only a matter of time before covid made its rounds through that country and there is nothing we can do about it.

    That's the spirit.

The best way to manage scarcity is always to let prices float.

Doesn't make it any less sad though.

Put the ignorant folks in North America over there and see how many are able to manage it. We have it good here, and unfortunately it's the lottery of life. People are just trying to deal with the cards they are being dealt. This is where empathy is important. The tragic thing is that even if you want to help out, there is not a whole lot you can really do to make a meaningful impact.

Trudeau has been already redistributing Canadian wealth everywhere else.

He’s redistributing the wealth of individual Canadian citizens everywhere else.

The Canadian government doesn’t have any wealth. Just liabilities. Every increasing liabilities.
