Weird, the map your looking for of Edmonton is made by those guys and have that site linked to the Edmonton map page but I don’t see the Edmonton map or a link on their site either. I think your SOL or find the yegcovid Instagram page through the internet.
    I like neat cars.

Ok thanks. I was starting to feel like that old lady internet meme. LoL!
I love that one. I think the one I always make it about is "Cream Pie Recipe".

This raises an important question: has the rate of rimjobs gone up with the covid loss of taste thing?

    Asking for @Toilet_X
No one takes rimjobs seriously, you factor in a peanut allergy, and someone eats a snickers, you're toast!

    What?
We can measure 'staying at home' by having "drastic health effects" but Covid should only be measured by deaths?

There are drastic health effects of Covid that don't result in death as well. When it's bad enough to push ICU capacity to the brink it will have a ripple effect on everything else that needs the healthcare system as well.

Maybe we should measure those "drastic health effects" only by looking at the suicide rate?

But careful - most of those people were going to kill themselves anyway.

But they had pre-existing mental conditions so clearly those deaths don't matter /s

BC extended their lockdown. Was in a meeting earlier in the week with someone from BC, they're telling me don't listen to the media narrative that AB sucks and BC is better. BC is just as bad as AB when you look at the % positive rate, even with their better lockdown that we keep getting compared against. I'm just going to stay away from the news. They're getting just as bad as social media with their AB bad narrative.

Interestingly enough, BC's rates are mostly driven by Surrey. I hope that's not racist.

Surrey is definitely the NE of Vancouver. In more than one way. Unfortunately the NE girls aren't the same as Surrey girls.

    Well yes, likely.

Same with all the old people dying.

As someone like yourself that is such a "big picture" thinker, you should recognize that if yearly.deaths in Canada haven't changed drastically from the standard deviation, then this isn't as bad as you make it sound. It's not even bad at all. Its pretty standard in that case.

And of course, still no proof of these "long term" effects besides sensationalized media reporting and completely useless studies with sample sizes far too small to get meaningful analysis from.

    But you know all this.

Surrey has been an eternal toilet. A long long time ago, it was a toilet because of hate-filled, white trash and I've got to think it's better now with the transition to poorer new Canadians. "Better" but still complete toilet.
    White Trash is worst trash.

Ancient best joke in the world:

What do kids from Surrey get for Christmas?

    Kids-from-Langley's bikes!

You are not taking the opportunity to turn this woke.

If a non-white group of people is seeing negative outcomes, you must conclude it is because of systemic racism perpetrated on that group by the White Man. I think I had a hashtag for this somewhere.

The red plate bashing is starting here again. Some people from Revelstoke went red plate hunting at the ski resorts and hotels and reposted to the media that were "shocked" at how many Albertans were visiting. My pickup is registered to my AB ltd company and I'm scared to drive it here, might get lynched soon. To some in BC it appears that every Albertan is a covid case looking for a place to spread.

Confederation is only interested in sucking as much money out of Alberta as it can, but giving nothing in return. Every province short of Sask conducts themselves in this manner. I think I'm past assuming that Albertans will be willing to stand up for themselves as a province.

    BC is primarily hipster/hillbilly Quebec.

Ugh supposed to go to BC later this month, maybe I’ll register and insure the beater instead of taking my chances with a nicer car.
