Everyone just stay home unless absolutely necessary to go grab food, gas, see doctor, prescription etc.
If you have any masks, eyewear (glasses, sunglasses, safety glasses, etc.), gloves, use it.
Spray mists of hydrogen peroxide or 70%+ alcohol on yourself going back home or wipe down with disinfectant wipes.
Wash hands, wash faces.
Just my personal suggestions to help slow the spread down for our medical workers and others.
Don’t worry about what others think or do, it starts with yourself and do what you can to protect everyone.
I’m shocked at how many are still taking this lightly especially in North America. Look at Italy and Europe where people just don’t take it serious. It’s going to happen here. All the Asian countries Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore etc. Infection rates are low because they are extra cautious and careful.
Many European countries 50% of intensive care patients are under 60 years old. So it’s just not elderly that’s more severe, however most deaths are over 60.
Take care people and be extra safe and cautious when going out. Slowing down the spread starts with yourself.
