Yeah; guessing he's referring to new cases. Per capita AB does have 2x new cases as India right now but that completely misses the fact that India isn't testing anywhere near as many people and 385k new cases yesterday is probably only a fraction of their real case load. Very dumb comment by him.

If things took a different course, Canada would have been in big trouble too. It takes a lot of resources time and money to prepare 15% of the population an oxygen tank. Much harder than just giving a handful of hastily made masks.
