And we have some real low death per capita. Who's getting the credit for that?
If you say it's anyone except Jason Kenney, you're just Alberta Bashing.

It's Friday, and thankfully, I am still alive...
I had to be a real mask enthusiast for work, none of the places I work will let you in without a mask. The amount of hand sanitizing and cleaning I have done, means my usual dirt engrained mitts were getting to be the cleanest they've been in a years. Every time I got back into my truck, I used waterless hand cleaner, and then some sanitizer. All those measures and I still got the damn bug. Nobody I worked around or with in that week tested positive, it's still a mystery to me where I came into contact with it.
For the first 2 days, I wasn't sick, then I have had 2 days of night fevers, and a cough, with little to no appetite.
With the way the isolation and quarantine works, nobody in the house can leave to go get anything right now, even though my wife tested negative. I am glad I put my stockpile of stuff together in the basement way back in the early part of the year, we are using it and living off of it now. I am out of jail on the 16th if my symptoms are gone, my wife and kids have to stay home until the 30th according to AHS.
I put away a few boxes of neo citran, and acetaminophen tablet cold medicine, that stuff made the days bearable. I also had purchased a bunch of boxed and powdered juices, thank god for that stuff in the middle of the night when you wake up in the middle of the night dripping..
I think I am on the up swing today, I may even put pants on.

    ^Wow.
Thanks so much for talking about it. It's interesting info.
I think a lot of the victims (if that's the right word) are ashamed and they shouldn't be.

I talked to a coworker who got it, my first question was "how tired are you of telling people about what Covid was like?"

Anyway he got it, his sister and wife also go it. He said he has had much worse colds and it didn't affect him much. His sister lost her sense of taste and his wife lost her sense of smell, but only temporarily. Obviously it affects everyone very differently so it's interesting to read about the personal accounts.

If you have been quarantining from your family in the house, they don't have to wait 14 days after you're cleared, they have to quarantine 14 days after their last close contact with you.

It all depends on your last close contact with them, as long as you are separating from them in the house (which I'm assuming you are). As long as they don't get sick between the last exposure and the end of the 14 days. If they do get sick, it starts from their symptoms. I got the same info from our doctor and 811 about timing (online guidance is not clear about this at all). Though I don't know if they have any different guidance for when kids are involved.

Depends if you had them in the same bed together close to the positive test day. If one just watched from the corner, it doesn’t count

    All good dude.
I know what you meant lol

I can’t believe I have friends who think a mask = nazi salute (one is not like the other). Hydra - compliance will be rewarded
I included anti-communist comments with each post to ensure I would not be misunderstood. By most.

And yes, people somehow comparing mask wearing to living under a regime is mindblowingly retarded. The notion that governments across the planet are all conspiring to control their public from this point onward is absurd, and really unmasks (no pun intended) the thinking process (or lack thereof) of these individuals. If any democratic leader/party tried turning communist/fascist, it would be political suicide both federally as well as internationally. The truth is so much more simple, yet oddly ignored by these right wing extremists to the detriment of everyone else. So very infuriating.

What about Tiger blood? Has anyone checked in on Charlie Sheen through this whole ordeal?

Love seeing how proud some people in the province are for "not ratting" on others when the new rules take effect, lol.

Good for you, here's a sugar cookie.

Let alone the concept of governments being organized anywhere near enough to coordinate and execute such a monumental task, so smoothly. It's fucking hilarious!
