2018 GTI with Drivers Assistance Package

Dark Iron Blue with Plaid interior
Car has no scratches and dents, near new condition.
Coated with Gtecniq Exo around 1.5 years ago and the car has only been hand washed.
Window tint (50% front and 35% rear)
The car is currently on the Nokian Hakka R2 with around 10k on the tires. I also have the stock tires which have 12k on them.
Tuxmats on front and rear.
Muddybuddy rear liner
Windshield is cracked but it will be replaced when the new owner is going to take the car.

To transfer the lease, I talked with Norden and they said it is 500$ to transfer the lease. I am asking that the new owner covers this fee and I will include the winter tires, tuxmats and muddy buddy (cost around 1600$).
The lease price on this is very good, for a similar equipped 2019 GTI, the payment would be around 465 per month.
I also have a set of 18" Pretoria reps with Falken FK510 UHP summer tires (5k on the tires) that can be negotiated
