So... you actually think this election was fraudulent?
Has nothing to do with what I think or feel. That's what the evidence clearly points to.

Lol....all part of the plan amirite? Today I learned there are STILL people who believe this nonsense after everything that’s happened.

Did you ever stop to think that these grifter lawyers (Rudy and crazy Kraken lady) simply brainwashed trump into believing this crap to get their fame/money?
Yup, just add your own context and try to paint everyone who doesn't agree with you as some sort of weird conspiracist.

Did you ever think to look at the data and information instead of trying to decide who's opinion you like best? And maybe consider that not everyone else makes decisions in that insane type of way?

I get it tho. Hate speech etc. Shouldn’t have its place but part of living in NA is we can figure it out for ourselves but maybe that’s the problem .... ppl just wanna be told what to do idk
The problem is that hate speech isn't a real thing. Because everyone has a different view of what is offensive, and technically everything that anyone says ever could be considered hate speech if the right(wrong) person heard it. So unless you're going to ban all speech period, you can't really ban certain parts of speech.

The free market already does an amazing job of policing speech or bad ideas and opinions. If you're openly racist, people won't hire you or use your business services, etc.

During's Trump's term, he and the Republicans, have made 217 judicial appointments (many, if not all, are lifetime appointments) as September 2020. With the appointment of Coney after RBG's death in September, they've also stacked the Supreme Court with 6 conservative leaning judges to the progressive leaning 3.

To say that the democrats own the Courts, is just plain false.
We can play word games all day. And if you're trying to make an argument that Trump owns the courts due to those appointments, you'd be wrong too(obviously based on what just happened). Technically, cronyism, blackmail, threats, etc own the courts.

The fact someone needs to prove they aren't some conspiracy theorist is a sad reflection of where we are as a society at the moment. Someone who doesn't follow the herd mentality, on any topic, is automatically labelled an outcast and nut job.

Why are these US government buildings so badly protected on the inside. I would of expected you would have to go through some secure turnstile type system inside and then have to declare your weapons before you go through the xray machine similar to a court house, Also would of suspected that there would be armed guards inside the building. These government buildings should be like fort knox or atleast like the companies we even have here in terms of more advanced security. Is the pentagon also so easy to just walk into.

What do you think happens when someone walks around the security systems and the police get in trouble for using force?

This is exactly the kind of thing you should have expected to happen after cops started getting dragged to jail for doing their jobs all year.

If my Tom Clancy novels are to be believed, the pentagon had more effective security.

You are also talking about walking into a military base versus a glorified tourist attraction.

Maybe I have a glorified view on what government security is like - I was expecting something more like going to the bow in Calgary.

There are many videos showing the capitol police standing by and not even trying to block them. I am absolutely certain that there would be a lot more dead bodies if these “Patriots” were chanting allahu akbar or Black Lives Matter instead of stop the steal*. Which is funny because there were actually people there planning on kidnapping/executing Pence.

There’s a few different theories on why they let them walk in including the fact that many capitol police themselves supported the whole thing, but who knows for sure. In fact, the police officer who was bludgeoned to death with the fire extinguisher was apparently an avid trumper and supported this movement. What an ironic way to go

*for the record, I would support maximum force for any group storming the capitol including Islamic terrorists, antifa, BLM, and stop the steal/qanon

Policing free speech is a slippery slope.
The irony is Trump want to abolish Section 230 and make platforms accountable on what 3rd party posted. And the platforms did it anyways without changes to Section 230.

Trump presidency is way more damaging that any nukes could have accomplished and it's relatively cheap.

    Hyperbole much.

The sad thing is I think half of you really believe that nonsense.

    Trump presidency:
    - US more polarized than ever, all easily and cheaply amplified with fake news/trollfarms
    - 40% of your population convinced elections rigged, faith in future elections will never be the same
    - extremist fringe groups (both sides) created and existing ones emboldened
    - reducing foreign influence/interests, allowing China and Russia to fill in the gaps
    - private companies censoring
    - loss of trust among traditional allies

Drop a nuke on the US:
    - ww3 starts and you get no sympathy from anyone for starting it
    - mutually assured destruction so your country is fucked pretty fast
    - US citizens would be united and not divided
    - trump approval rating through the roof and easily wins re-election

It’s clearly a silly hypothetical, but i think the main point is that if you’re an adversary of the US like China or Russia, you’re probably pretty happy with how 45’s term was, all things considered.

I’ll make the bold statement that suggesting that because your less preferred candidate won the election that the country would be better off being nuked, is likely a very strong sign that you need a break from the internet.

Should we come up with a term like "Post Trump Derangement Syndrome" to explain why people still think this way? How long can they keep Turnip Man as a scapegoat?

I know someone who thinks Trump was appointed by God.

That same person also believes McDonalds is serving human meat, and that covid doesn't exist, and the people who are allegedly dying from covid are actually being killed for their meat, and the vaccine is a cover for injecting a microchip where Bill Gates and Hillary Clinton can monitor your activities so that you will provide the best meat.
