Did you ever think to look at the data and information instead of trying to decide who's opinion you like best? And maybe consider that not everyone else makes decisions in that insane type of way?
The problem is that hate speech isn't a real thing. Because everyone has a different view of what is offensive, and technically everything that anyone says ever could be considered hate speech if the right(wrong) person heard it. The free market already does an amazing job of policing speech or bad ideas and opinions. If you're openly racist, people won't hire you or use your business services, etc.
We can play word games all day. And if you're trying to make an argument that Trump owns the courts due to those appointments, you'd be wrong too(obviously based on what just happened).
