Yea, papering and covering up windows to prevent observers from seeing the ballot counting process - is definitely normal and part of an open election system.

Appealing a ruling to allow observers in, is definitely part of an open election system.

The windows were covered because there were mobs of angry protestors taking unauthorized and illegal photos within the facility... the designated observers were never obstructed.

The observers were never refused access, they were asked to maintain COVID mandated safety precautions.

You know there are a lot of videos showing observers from both sides. I have yet to see one with an observer in the parking lot with binoculars.

Yes, some locations were getting mobbed, but not all.

Maybe tune out the right wing and left wing media ? Both sensationalize and hyperbolize events. The reality is that open election processes have not been followed here - and what Greenwald pointed out what has happend in the past as well.

I have never been able to find them all consolidated but these are some of the bigger ones:

Manhattan DA's broad criminal investigation into the Trump Organization. It's expected to be a gold mine for bank fraud, insurance fraud, criminal tax fraud and falsification of business records.

NY has a lawsuit regarding asset inflation.

NY has a suit with Mazars (Trump's tax accountants) to get Trump's complete tax returns which would obviously be devastating for him.

An Apprentice sexual assault/defamation suit is still pending I believe (Summer Zervos). Last I checked judges have already denied his request to have it dismissed.

His niece Mary Trump is suing him for fraud surrounding the death of his brother.

Washington is going after him for overcharging for services at his properties and other gross emoluments violations

Jean Carroll defamation suit (she claims he raped her in the 90's).

Michael Cohen is suing for $2M in unpaid fees (Trump has a long history of simply not paying people ).

There's several more that I would have to go look up.

Not that I think he will get pardoned regardless, but he can't be pardoned from state crimes.
