    Sure it is. But it's a skill a President really needs to have. A President needs to appear confident and speak with conviction if they expect both citizens or world leaders to follow. Trump wasn't always the best speaker, but at least he had the confidence part. Biden really does just seem mentally frail out there to me.

    My perspective is that the guy in Washington DC has much less influence on Canadian Energy than the guy in Ottawa.
