I'm guessing Biden wouldn't want any questions in regards to foreign policy. Trump is the first President since Ford to not start any conflicts, de-escalated conflicts, and has been involved in a number a peace agreements now. Questions about foreign policy is just a door opening for Trump to talk about how bad Obama and his VP were in this regard.

Yeah well according to him he is going to be 100% off fossil fuels in 5 years too. So no more oil imports at all. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Trumps approval rating has jumped up to 52%. Rasmussen, who is the most accurate at picking Presidents, says this is the "holy grail" of re-election figures. Apparently every President with approval above 50% has won re-election.
I got a good laugh out of this simple meme.

I'm not entirely sure I care who wins at this point...but Trump would definitely bring the lulz and Biden would not.
Which will make social media wig out? Which will result in actual riots and violence?
I'm hoping for least possible violence, although I don't know which that is.

But it's not like if he loses, Trump would take it lying down and keep quiet the next four years. He'll be even more entertaining. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Well, neither will the Democrats, but they will go about it in a far less entertaining way. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
If Trump loses (looking like he will but who knows), the entertainment won't stop. The amount of law suits waiting for him from SDNY and others as soon as he isn't protected by the Presidential memo are going to provide plenty of entertainment.
Doubt it. The more they go after him the more explosive the country could become. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
When he loses if he goes quietly i'm sure they will agree to drop everything.
Agreed. One of Biden’s key platform pieces is unity, and going after the last guy even though he deserves it just doesn’t do any good for anyone and will only inflame. I think most people of the top democratic leadership are on this same page as well. We will see though. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Yeah I mean why read anything right? That would just make it weird. I specifically mentioned Rasmussen, and that they are the most accurate outfit with this stuff, and all I did was regurgitate what they are saying about this. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Here's the latest 538 thing that ExtraSlow usually posts:
I still find myself feeling like Trump will win, but I don't have any explanation why.
I think people are looking way too deep into this election. It's a pretty standard election with popularity being a 50/50 coin flip. So the basic strategy is to rally your base and potentially flip a few undecideds, or convince some of your opponents supporters to not vote. Appearance wise Trump seems to have a much more excited base, although this could be just optics as more Democrats might be hiding at home because of Covid fears. But Trump has been winning the feud of convincing Democrats to stay home or flip sides. Biden has polarized himself by siding with the small minority that wants to kill the fossil fuel industry, I would guess there is a lot of Democrats that still want to have a job after the election, and as such might not vote for the guy that wants to get them on welfare. And as much as people think Trump did poorly at the prior debate, he was able to get in some quips pointing out Joe's hypocrisy and potentially get some Bernie Sanders crowds to stay home instead of voting at all. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Shall see what happens on Nov 2nd, but when you break this down to its base elements it seems pretty likely to be a Trump win. Plus the big glaring thing I keep thinking about, is the 2016 election. Trump mopped the floor with Clinton in the electoral college(even though Hillary won popular vote). Yet Biden is nowhere near as popular as Hillary was. So it seems crazy to think a less popular candidate is going to somehow swing the entire election the other way.
