Btw, my work truck doesn't have collision on it - not worth it as it's an older vehicle and quite easy to replace. It starts regardless of the weather, gets me from point A to B and already has a great work truck patina - so much so that I believe it's patina affords me extra room on the street and in parking lots because people can sense my Suburban is not pretentious in the least bit. OP is going to be SOL. Once the other vehicle is confirmed as stolen the insurance that was on that car no longer applies. With no collision coverage on OP's vehicle there's no policy anywhere that will pay. He's on his own for this one unfortunately.
