I'd trade my GTI in for a good deal on a Raptor. I would totally DD one. Someone hook me up.

That's why I just say I have a 4" dick and lift weights to make up for it.

It's nice we derailed that other thread so badly it got split into this one about Ford raptors, but now we've detailed it into discussing a Lexus. I'm so proud.

Also, am I the only person who doesn't get my brand new leased car detailed and polished before I take delivery? Like I thought you guys leased your beaters so you wouldn't have to take care of it? Confused.

The perfect winter beater? Get a Trackhawk, you won't be disappointed.

It'll fit in a parkade and with a few mods, run low 10s!

Not a bad idea aside from paying >$100k for a Jeep.

Maybe I'm getting old, but I rather sacrifice a couple hundred HP and get something much nicer and refined inside.

500 HP is adequate (for a beater of course).

I paid <$100k but it had fairly high miles at 5600km when I picked it up. Saving $40k off of MSRP was a bit of a bonus.

I'm assuming this was directed at the Jeep? It's no Audi or MB interior, but it's pretty damn nice. Mine has the red Nappa leather upgrade, and everything is leather wrapped, full door panels, dash, seats etc. Alcantara head liner and A-pillars, real Carbon fibre trim, volume knobs etc. aren't cheap plastic. The U-connect touch screen works great and it's easy to use, the performance pages which include all of your race stats, hp, Intercooler temp, trans temp etc are pretty cool features if you're into that stuff. Not to mention it has fricken launch button on the console. I would say the interior of the Jeep is a lot nicer then the interior of a loaded F-150.

It’s still a lot to spend on a Jeep! Don’t get me wrong they’re nice. Just not the vehicle for me, especially at the price.

We already have a SUV so I didn’t want another. It’s a good mix for now; a sedan, SUV and a coupe along with a motorcycle.

You’re missing a pickup truck, what a coincidence!

This can be said about basically every single new vehicle in Canada now. Prices have escalated big time in last few years.

To the point where the average buyer can't afford it. i'm sitting here waiting for a market correction - anyone else think it's coming?

The new ram is really nice but the damn engine is so underwhelming.

This thread almost got me to buy one. Went and looked, very tempting at that price, but it would never get driven, and I am guessing this is going to drive the resale down maybe?!

What other 700+ hp SUV would you buy though?
