Once entered, the potential customer will be contacted by a TELUS representative where they will, together, go over options for service. Depending on what is available, there are some plans (sometimes) that are not available to the regular public, or rate discounts. These vary at times and are not always available. It just depends on the time if they are available or not. There is usually at the minimum a bill credit that gets applied at the start. usually, it is a one time credit, sometimes, there is a recurring bill credit.
Basically, it is a negotiation. after that, it is just the normal process. A Technician will visit and install and you are off to the races.
At the minimum, it saves you some cash upfront.
