In fact, Mexico had the most by far: 196 Americans died just south of the border last year. Most of them were murdered with 67 homicides. 66 died from some sort of accident, and 23 people drowned.

I noticed WestJet has all their Hawaii flights up now.

Has anything changed with the COVID tests that Hawaii accepts? I can't find anything that suggests they have, which means you would still need to fly an American carrier to connect through a state that has the correct tests, and so that your first return stop to Canada is Calgary and not Vancouver or another city that does not have the pilot program.
