Being there the second day sounds smart. "getting a head start" on this situation sounds dumb.

I fully expect tomorrow's evening news to include interviews with anguished seniors blaming everyone for themselves for various hardships at the border.

They were already interviewing snowbirds last night who were bitching and moaning about how difficult living here in the winter has been.

Weird how those complaints disappear when they need our free health care

There places that have given the most scrutiny about vaccine records for me, have been mall rentacops.

Servers and hostesses at real businesses dgaf
I had a waitress look at just a QR code like she can read Matrix code and gave the OK.

It seems the QR code on paper doesn't show the vaccine dates (without a code reader) so the host wouldn't let us in without the older paper. Bullet proof.
The rest of the experience was equally sub-optimal as they allowed the place to get loaded up while they had 1.000 servers for the entire place.
    Fuck you, Browns.

It just depends on how you obtained the code. Screenshot of the site will be on QR code. If you click save which actually tries to print it, screenshot that one as it has both QR and readable record. Subsequently, if you add it to apple wallet, the wallet card also has QR and readable record.

She got used to it. She doesn't even see the code. All she sees is single vaxxed, double, none.

I’m still super entertained at the rentacops in the plus 15 who sit there scan my code. Analyze it. Hold it up against my id. Check my ID out as if they know what to look for. Look at me. Look back at phone. Before finally letting me sit at the table and eat my food court chinese.

Parents just got to the sweet grass border lineup. They’re 3.5km away of double laned traffic. Going to be a wait. Google thinks it’s a hour and a half for them, we’ll see though.

Is there a reason why there's a giant rush to leave?

My dad got to Roosville just after 10:30PM last night. He had about 20 hours of movies downloaded to pass the time and was only in line for 15-20 minutes haha

I have some relatives that are probably in those linesups today too. But not the kind of relatives I would talk to.
