IMO all the big luxury sedans (S-Class, A8, 7 series, Lexus LS, etc.) and also their higher performance variants.

    Most of the German wagons.

I do think the RS/AMG/M cars are fairly understated and most people don't know they have 600+ HP, but it depends who's driving it haha. The high performance SUVs are in a similar category too IMO.

Most Bentleys I've seen around are driven by 60+ year old guys who drive under the speed limit everywhere, so maybe them too?
If you weren’t a car guy no one knew wtf my AMG was when I was driving it, it was just a c class Mercedes to them. I found it very low key, until you stepped on the loud pedal.

I heard some silly stat that most millionaires drive F150s... I guess it would checkout since it’s such a high volume vehicle... think if I was going to over spend on a pickup though it would be a Denali

    A Genesis.

It says you have enough money that you could afford a Euro, but also that you care even less about the depreciation.

I can confirm that there were WAY more 1/2 tons parked in our hanger than I would ever have suspected there would be.

I know 2 owners of RR Phantom VII's. Pretty sure you need a heck of a bankroll to own one both aren't douches...

The "Gentleman's Ferrari" cars aka their true GT cars are exactly this. While they're a head turner, they're a long way from flashy; but, they cost about 50% more than a nice Ferrari. They're often literally the flagships and they're made for a market so tiny, virtually no one buys them.
Today's GTC-4Lusso is over $450,000 when you can buy a plenty nice Ferrari for $300k. Plus, it's a wacky, shooting-brake / wagon-esque thing that (if you take off the Scuderia badges) most people won't believe is a Ferrari at all, let alone one of the most expensive you can buy.

That's flexing by not flexing, isn't it? "I already know I have money. I don't need other people to see so they can tell me how much money I must have."

Working backwards; of the two Billionaires i've spoken to, one drove a Ram 1500 and the other a VW Beetle.

Yes, or other totally normal run of the mill cars. Real wealth doesn't show. Most people in luxury cars are people with decent income people in large amounts of debt. Only wannabes think you can show "status".

You should see the jalopies some of the big commercial property owners around here drive. Best example I've seen is a past client of ours who owned multiple apartments buildings all over AB and BC, as well as some auto repair shops in BC. The guy had a mid 8 figure net worth but drove an old Volvo and looked like Al from Home Improvement complete with flannel shirts.

The F-150 stat makes sense to me. Canada is a pretty blue collar economy and I bet a lot of millionaires here are guys who started their own plumbing/electrical/welding or other trades businesses.

People make up all of these associations with how rich people behave. The population of rich people is about as diverse as the rest of the population.

I try to flex whenever people talk about car payments by mentioning that I don't have any car payments. But that only works if they don't see what I drive.
