5 Star auto glass right beside the old "back alley" night club on Mac trail, on about 37th Ave. One one of my farm trucks, this place local to me out here, it was $487 to replace it, 5 Star did it for $203. They have been my go to for all things automotive glass.
This. Had my wife's minivan done for $230ish and they came to the house and did it while I was working. That was about 3yrs ago. But this thread reminded me so I've actually sent in a quote request to them tonight for my car, since it's got a giant crack too. But we've been happy with the work they did on the van. Whole thing done in about 90 minutes and never had to leave the driveway.

Had my windshield done today. He arrived on time and was nice to deal with. Windshield is labeled benson lamishield, everything went back together nicely.

2 complaints he left a rag under my hood, and he didn’t clean the areas he made a mess on the paint. I’d prefer to clean the paint as I don’t want to blame him for scratching my car so not that big of a deal.

The car is a 2007 Audi rs4 so windshields are sorta cheap since it doesn’t have tons of sensors. It was $205 cash for the mobile service. My buddy has a q60 red sport and his is going to be $389 I believe. If you’d like his number pm me. Unless mods are ok with it being posted.

Yeah, they did mine today too. Maybe different guys. They called first, and were able to come about 2hrs early. Took them all of about 45 mins, in and out. Were gone before the original appointment was even supposed to start. I actually took a time-lapse with my security camera, but they knew what they were doing and got it done. Some fingerprints on my side windows, but that's about it. Everything looks tight and clean and even tucked my dashcam wire back around the mirror in a slightly more concealed way than I had it originally.

Thought it was the same company, but looking back over the messages, I don't think danno actually said. I used 5 Star Auto Glass mobile service, that a few other people have mentioned.

XC90. It was 9xx minus a $100+ discount that’s easy to get. They asked about HUD, so I’m assuming it takes that into account.

It was mostly good. They didn't tighten the screen pillar covers enough and there were a couple of glass fragments, but the windshield is as quiet as the OEM.

Wow that is really tempting but I will try to stop myself from doing this because in the end it just means I'll be replacing it again come spring after 5 rocks hit my new windshield in a span of a week post-install.

Edit: Scammy practices. They increased their prices and act like it is a deal with the $50 off. I compared with a previous quote I did with them.

Correct. Cal-Alta is around same or slightly cheaper if it's just a regular windshield with no fancy stuff.

At least I am not tempted anymore!

Got them to fix a chip since they are closest to me. Heard they'll do it for free with donation. Show up with 2 flats of Campbell soups and saw everyone else put in single pack of pasta.
