    Just got a preemptive pay freeze for 3 months (any raises deferred for 3 months) as well as employee stock matching deferred 3 months. Not o&g, but I expect more measures in the future.

    I'd prefer to not publicly name my company because I'd rather not get fired over something I say or have said. I'm in drilling fluids, I can say that much without tarnishing my company's reputation I think.
