Probably TSX:CRT.UN and TSX: CHP.UN fit too, or more than most REIT's.
If you wanted to build your own "dogs" portfolio, the REIT's have been hammered, and while the risks are well understood, I feel like they are also mostly priced in. REI.UN and BPY.UN are both higher yield and probably riskier than CHP.UN. But riskier may mean higher reward if they don't perform quite as badly as everyone is expecting. Haven't decided if I'm interested.

I bought into some POW (Power Corp) when it was $21.07 (nowhere near the bottom, but a good price anyway) and am looking at TA and CU for similar long term holds. Kids summer camps have been getting refunded, and haven't been paying for after-school care, gotta put the money somewhere.

With COVID 'so yesterday' this might not seem relevant anymore but it's clear who has lobbying dollars and who doesn't

Sick pop on POW since that day. Shit like this is what convinces amateurs like me that they should spend more time trading, lol.
Gotta stay disciplined. Work the plan.

Next target is KEY, because I'm not aspen enough for PPL.

Jobs added! Corona is over! AC is fully recovering and everyone will fly internationally again!

I mean... I can’t complain, keeps APPL on track

Sold AC when it was 16.90, I should've bought more instead.
NCLH recovered like crazy. They were at 10.92 last week.

    Well.. loaded up

    Long on AAPL (jun. calls)
    Long on AC (jun. calls)
And a little HOD, just for you ExtraSlow
    Is corona investing over?

Couldn’t handle this AAPL run any longer!!! Such a dilemma, on the one hand I closed for a 543% gain and im up 142% on portfolio even after that nflx botch... and these expire next Friday... but also WHAT IF!!! What if... kills me, good day though. Hopefully I didn’t leave a 20x on the table, more likely I left a 10x... but whatever. Wait for a pull back and get back in with some further out contracts again

I think wave 2, which may be starting right now in the USofA, will rekindle this concept. Or as my realtor friends say, get ready to buy!

I'm not doing any trading, but investing in some 6-12 month holds that I can trust to stick around that long. Short term trading is really bad for my mental health.
