Is that a done deal? I heard teams are pushing back to delay 2021 reg by a year.

Looks like more time for everyone to figure out DAS if this season is over.

I think a lot of the factories and stuff are shut down in Europe. I would predict that a complete F1 shutdown will be in effect soon to level the playing field to those teams who are not affected.

The Azerbaijan Grand Prix has become the latest race of the 2020 season to be postponed, the organisers have announced.

That puts the potential start of the season in Montreal in June. I just dont see this happening.
