Big jump in commute traffic once kids went back in Sept. And even bigger jump in October.
Hopefully people get so scare and stay home so I can go for a new time attack record home to office before the roads get too icy.

It's the damn 9th Ave traffic cam that takes seconds off.

Haven’t set foot in an office since second week of March.

Mandate is no one back until sometime in the new year (at the earliest).

Was going in a couple days a week, unstructured, mostly for my mental health. Got a chest cold and now I am quarantined and covid negative for the last two weeks.

I will say, this is the healthiest I've been.
Last illness would have been last winter. Zero sick days.

Anyone's office mandating masks at all times?

We haven't worked from home at all and now we require masks even when at our own desks.... I stopped watching the news on Covid, is that a new workplace requirement? Day 1 of masks and it sucks.

Only when not at your own desk. But nobody is going back until 2021 earliest. (But at current trend, Summer 2021 is more likely or whenever a vaccine is ready is safer bet).

Talking to a vendor in Jersey, they are WFH until June 2021.

At all time would suck. And really not enforceable as you need to drink and eat. And talking thru mask isn't ideal either on calls.

No masks at all for us. The company we share a floor with had them on for a while thinking we wanted them to. But then realized we didn't care so they no longer wear masks either.

8 hours a day here, and I'm 12' from the next desk, lol. Fucking sucks, but at the same time my employer is awesome about paid quarantine if required.

I swear I'd switch companies if someone had a cappuccino machine.

How many people (on beyond) are actually working in an office?

I go to my office occasionally and I have noticed increasing amount of traffic and ever some jams along glenmore in the mornings.
I work from the office 1 day a week but mostly because I live in Strathmore and take my dog to daycare on Wednesdays Otherwise I'd probably just be working from home.

But it was a good initiative as being here 1 day a week allows me to get stuff done for the office stuff or anything outstanding they may need.

Even though our office is 50 strong we only have between 7-12 people on average who need to actually work from the office because of the work they do.

Sort of open space yea. Nobody really that close to me (or several others). And no masks required while eating and drinking.

I see the province released the recommendation for masks in common work areas. Guess we've taken a literal interpretation to that.

    Can confirm it fucking sucks.

If an employee was sent home displaying covid symptoms and did the whole 14 day quarantine and was confirmed covid positive....is your workplace supposed to let staff know?

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

Not sure if an health order, so far we get company wide email on every single positive test. Won't name names, privacy reasons.

We are taking contact tracing to almost CCP level tho. Forgot to send in a a notification before entering the building and my manager got an email from HR within 30 min of badge swipe.

    Can't lie, was impressed.
