    It's now official... RBC leads the way with reducing prime.

    I guess I may as well go all in on the big shop an just put it in the HELOC.

    Good! The earthworks, power/gas/others and septic tank were expensive (well really just the earthworks). Was going to get that paid off first but now all caution can be out the window!
