What did you do with all your hoarded food while freezer was thawing?
Do you even live in Canada?

Why, put it outside of course. As long as its -4 or so with no sun and you've got a few freezer ice packs and some empty amazon cardboard boxes, its all good. Won't have a chance to do it easily in a few days.

I had quite a few bent aluminum fins on the heatsink due to me smashing frozen turkeys into the back of the freezer, didn't bother to straighten them out after taking off the back cover. Didn't need to, working great.

Notes: Save boxes from shipped toilet and paper towels, very useful big boxes for hoarders.
